COLEX Insulation Sheets

Description

We provide closed cell PE foam insulation material COLEX insulation sheets are suitable for industrial use and help to control heat and temperature.

COLEX Insulation sheets is made from polyethylene, cross-linkage agent and foaming agent in high temperature and pressure. The foam structure is chemically bonded. Each micro foam cell is strictly bonded to produce a closed cell foam structure that renders it resilient and prohibits the absorption of water. Our foam insulation sheets owns the good character of flexibility, compressibility and chemical resistance against acid & alkali, it will be therefore the good design for industrial use and building materials. Even under the pure oxygen or in utmost low temperature for a long time, the chemical bond of COLEX foam will not be degraded, it is quite suitable in all situations for insulation in the temperature range between 80°C and -196°C. Due to these excellent properties, it could get good temperature control on the application of roof insulation. As for applying on industrial use, such as duct and factory, it could get good efficiency and improvement on heat and cold lines. Moreover, COLEX PE Foam owns the excellent floating ability on water that is suitable for marine, vessel, fender and buoyant applications.

Application:

  1. Engineering Insulation: Liquid ammonia systems petrochemical plants’ brine water systems and equipment and storage tanks, low receiver systems of refrigerant and food plant.
  2. Air Condition Insulation: chillers, ducts of air conditioner, etc.
  3. Building Insulation : factor roof, corrugated roof insulation
  4. Sound Isolation : Engine room.
  5. Others : package, fishery, agriculture, toy, sport equipment, etc.

Easy Application:
COLEX foam sheets can be easily shaped by cutting, chop and heat melting as you need. It is also easy to be stuck on metal surface with glue.
