COLEX Insulation Sleeves

Description

 

High-quality polyethylene and 100% closed cell foam, our COLEX foam pipe insulation is excellent for any industrial use.

COLEX PE foam insulation sleeve is created by cross-linkage and foaming agent through high-temperature and high-pressure. The development of our COLEX Foam is chemically bonded and each micro foam cell is strictly bonded. The extreme strong chemical bond makes COLEX Foam an excellent property, such as flexibility, chemical resistance, strike resisting, and anti-collision.

Even under the pure oxygen or extremely low temperatures (-196°C) for long periods of time, the chemical bond of COLEX foam will not degrade. It is suitable in all situation for insulation in a temperature range between 80°C and -196°C and doesn’t absorb water.

Applications:

  1. Engineering Insulation: Liquid Nitrogen and liquid Ammonia pipelines and refrigeration system, Brine water pipelines of plant, raw material and petrochemical plants’ pipelines of the refinery.
  2. Air Condition Insulation: chilling water pipelines, coolant water pipelines and duct pipelines of air conditioner, etc
  3. Building and Sound Insulation: cold and hot water pipelines, spring water pipelines, delivery, and drainage pipelines.

Easy Application:
Easily shaped by cutting and chop to fit all kinds of applications on flange, elbow, tee…etc., and can be joined together easily and tightly with glue.
