ALUNER 115 SOFTENING AGENT
PRINCIPAL USE：
In the refrigerator and air conditioner, some stubborn scale frequently occurs and deposits in the condenser or heat exchanger. Such a scale is difficult to be dissolved and cannot be cleaned effectively by ordinary chemicals. This obstacle primarily occurs because of Silica type scale. ALUNER 115 obtains the typical character of strong penetration, swelling, and dispersibility, which is able to pretreat such stubborn scale.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- Pour enough amount of ALUNER 115 into cooling tower to dip or recirculate for 48 hours before cleaning with scale removing agent.
- Drain off the recirculating water thoroughly after 48 hours and fill up the clean water into the basin. Use the recirculating pump to flush the pipelines about 15 minutes and then drain off the water completely.
- Replace the clean water and then use SHENHO 26 Scale Removing Agent or SHENHO 25 Scale Remover (Powder Form) to clean the scale.
- The recirculating water dosed with ALUNER 115 must be drained off thoroughly and flush the pipelines completely before cleaning the scale with scale removing agent or scale remover.
DOSAGE：
Normal recommended dosage of ALUNER 115 is 1 gallon each 10RT (refrigeration ton) or 2~5% of system holding capacity by pouring into the cleaning system from cooling tower.
HANDLING：
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of contact, immediately flush with large amounts of water and get medical attention.
